Cara is a Christian Clinical Counselor and Board Certified Christian Counselor. After 20+ years as a Special Operations aviator in the U.S. Air Force, Cara returned to school to complete her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Liberty University. Cara works best with clients experiencing issues ranging from addiction, to adjustment disorders, mood disorders, anxiety complications, attention and focus issues, trauma recovery, and marriage, divorce, co-parenting and family issues, as an individual or within family situations.
Jennifer Kelly, ACC, ICF Certified Life Coach
As a recently Certified Life Coach by the International Coaching Federation and graduate
of JST Coaching and Training, LLC, Jennifer works with any client juggling school, work, life and family balance. She works with parents and teens on communication, including those struggling with daily schedules, routines and other neuro-diverse issues related to a diagnosis of Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD)/Executive Functions.

Carolyn graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and from Colorado Christian University (CCU) where she obtained her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Claire Jones, Masters Level Student Intern
Claire is currently a graduate student of Troy University where she is pursuing a Master’s
degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (with an anticipated graduation date of
December 2024).
She has experience working with children and adults of various needs and backgrounds.
In particular, she enjoys working with children and their families and takes a holistic
approach such that allows her to take into consideration family strengths, faith, and
culture. Claire has experience working in foster care/crisis intervention and is able to
address issues related to trauma, grief, and substance.
Oksana Peery, Masters Level Student Intern
Oksana is an intern pursuing her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at
Capella University. Her anticipated graduation is in September 2025.
Oksana is committed to supporting children’s and families’ mental health needs by dedicating
herself to ongoing learning and professional development.
