Oksana Peery, M.S.

Registered Marriage & Family Therapy, Intern (RMFT-I)

Oksana is a recent graduate of Capella University where she completed her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has experience working with a range of ages including children (8+), adolescents, and adults. Oksana enjoys working with couples to help them uncover underlying issues that may be getting in the way of healthy communication, mutual appreciation, and a strong sense of security.

Because of her training in Marriage & Family Therapy, Oksana is able to help clients learn to navigate close relationships allowing for better communication and understanding of others. In her treatment, Oksana draws upon a framework that is both systemic and attachment-informed. She understands that relationships formed early in life are strongly related to the relationships we have in the present. Her goal is to work collaboratively with clients to achieve their therapy goals.

I specialize in working with families and couples to address mental health challenges by examining their relational dynamics. My clinical perspective comes from both formal training and lived relational experience, such as motherhood and partnership, which deepened my understanding of how emotional regulation and connection develop over time. I love helping my clients navigate the complexities of their relationships and supporting them in achieving greater emotional well-being.

I am dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for those individuals, couples, and families seeking help. I believe in the importance of empathy, active listening, and creating a non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions. I am deeply passionate about contributing positively to the field of mental health, and this dedication fuels my commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
