Cara works best with clients experiencing issues ranging from addiction, to adjustment disorders, mood disorders, anxiety complications, attention and focus issues, trauma recovery, and marriage, divorce, co-parenting and family issues, as an individual or within family situations.

Currently, she is a graduate student of Colorado Christian University (CCU) where she is pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She anticipates graduating from the program in August 2024 and intends to continue her work in the field of counseling.

Tannre graduated from East Carolina University with her Bachelors of Art is Psychology along with minors in Alcohol & Drug Studies, Human Development & Family Science, & Leadership Studies. She also received graduate Certificates in Military & Trauma Counseling & Behavior Specialism. Tannre is currently a graduate student at Capella University where she is pursuing a Masters of Science degree in Marriage & Family Therapy. She anticipates graduating from her program in September 2024, intending to continue working in the mental health field.
